Fitness From Walking
Walking doesn’t sound as manly as running? Neither does limping around from a strain because you were too “manly” to walk… it’s just stupid!
Even seasoned athletes start an exercise program slowly if they’re out of shape, and gradually increase intensity until they reach their goal. So, you’ll be in good company out there. Here’s a tip for you single guys wanting to get into shape… it’s a heck of a lot easier to meet-and-greet gals while walking. Think about it, guys… you’re sweaty, out of breath, exhausted.
